Rachel Oh is the paralegal and contract administrator at the National Retail Federation. In this role, she is responsible for assisting NRF’s Office of General Counsel and Deputy General Counsel with paralegal duties, providing litigation, legal and compliance support. She manages NRF’s CMS and is the primary point of contact in addressing contract administration matters and assists business stakeholders across departments to manage contract processes, ensuring execution aligns with internal protocol.
Prior to joining NRF, Oh worked for a law firm in Washington, D.C., and the Legal Aid Justice Center in Charlottesville, Va., where she provided programmatic, administrative and general legal support to several attorneys whose specialties ranged widely from tax audit and appeal matters to medical malpractice cases.
Oh received a bachelor’s degree in international relations from the University of Virginia and a master’s degree in social work from the Virginia Commonwealth University.
