If you manage people and the myriad laws that govern employment …
If you are responsible for recruiting and retaining talented employees for your store operations …
If you are responsible for employee benefits like health coverage …

… You’ve come to the right place. NRF works with HR professionals to develop resources and policies that improve the retail industry.

Committees

Recruitment executives at retail companies share best practices and discuss emerging issues through the Talent Acquisition Group. Meetings are held throughout the year, and discussions continue online in TAG's LinkedIn group.

The Committee on Employment Law (CEL) serves as NRF's technical committee on labor law and employee relations matters, and is comprised of retail industry corporate executives and independent labor counsel, as well as human resource and employee relations executives from NRF retail member companies.

The Health and Employee Benefits Committee (HEBC) serves as NRF’s technical committee on health care policy and employee benefits issues.  Retail industry human resources executives examine trends and develop strategies, responses and industry benchmarks on landmark statutes like the Affordable Care Act.
