Susan Confort is the Director of Marketing and Communications for the Global Distribution Sector (Retail, Consumer Products, Travel & Transportation and Wholesale Industries) with the IBM Corporation.   She was appointed to this position in February 2009.  She is responsible for overall strategy and marketing for the Distribution Sector worldwide, establishing brand permission and integrating with sales to drive revenue growth.   Previously she was the Director of Marketing for the Global Retail Industry.

Stephen currently sits on the Associate Member Advisory Committee (AMAC) of the NRF. He has been active in ARTS, the NRF Foundation and other areas of the NRF for over eleven years.  He resides in Redmond, Washington with his wife and daughter.
