Union Card Check

"Card check" legislation that would take away the right to secret ballots in union organizing elections was the subject of a hearing before the Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pensions Committee on March 27. NRF wrote to committee members saying the issue is too important to rush through Congress and urging that they hold additional hearings before acting.
