NRF Files Comments with the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB)

On Monday, February 26, NRF filed comments with the PCAOB on the proposed auditing standard, An Audit of Internal Control Over Financial Reporting That Is Integrated with An Audit of Financial Statements and Related Other Proposals. NRF encouraged the Board to adopt the proposed standard as a final rule and work closely with the PCAOB inspectors to ensure the proposed guidelines are adopted throughout the audit life cycle.
