Description: The STORES 2009 Global Powers of Retailing is a stand-alone supplement written and published by the elite international consulting firm of Deloitte and will be distributed as a Section 2 in the January issue of STORES. This universally respected study has been produced by D&T for decades and is highly awaited each year by industry experts with international interests. The findings of the study are also presented each year at a special session at the NRF Annual Convention in New York. This session is produced and hosted by Deloitte executives who focus on the contents of the supplement. A copy of the supplement is placed on each chair at the 2-hour session, which normally draws 400+ retail executive attendees.Recent co-sponsors have included: Epicor|CRS, Hypercom, JDA and PitneyBowes MapInfo.
