Overview

The NRF Human Resources community works to serve the industry on addressing key issues and sharing best business practices related to developing and maintaining winning retail organizations. Health and employee benefit issues are a priority for this community in the year ahead. Major emphasis is also placed on compensation, recruitment, retention, training and succession planning. Our employment law community continues to be a critically important working group.
