Leave Benefits

All eligible employees accrue paid vacation, sick and personal leave as well as 10 observed holidays.  Vacation leave accrues based on your length of service starting with 10 days and increasing up to 30 days. 

Health, Dental and Prescription Drug Insurance

NRF offers affordable health, dental and prescription drug insurance through two CareFirst plans, a Blue Cross/Blue Shield PPO plan and a BlueChoice POS plan. Qualified domestic partners are also eligible to participate.

Life Insurance
NRF provides group term life insurance coverage to include accidental death and dismemberment insurance.

Travel Accident Insurance
NRF provides additional accidental death insurance for staff members who travel on NRF business.

Disability
NRF provides both short and long term disability insurance to eligible employees.

Flexible Spending Account Program
NRF provides a Flexible Spending Account Program (FSA) that allows staff to set aside money on a pre-tax basis to pay for eligible medical and dependent care expenses.

Retirement Plans
NRF has a 401(k) with immediate vesting on its discretionary company match.
