Our Stance on Health Care Reform NRF worked closely with the late Senate HELP Committee Chairman Ted Kennedy and Senate Finance Committee Chairman Max Baucus as they collaborated to craft an overhaul of the U.S. health care system. NRF is working hard today to salvage positive reform from Congressional plans that will impose expensive, job-killing mandates on employers and levy ruinous taxes to fund intrusive new government programs.
