Biography:

Lisa Marzetti has been with NRF since 2000, originally hired as Manager, Sponsorships and promoted to VP, Strategic Partnerships in 2010. In her current position, Marzetti is responsible for overseeing strategic business relationships with industry partners and working collaboratively with high-level executives to create a win-win environment for NRF and these key partners.

Under Marzetti’s leadership, NRF’s partner program has grown exponentially in terms of participation and has significantly contributed to NRF’s financial success during her tenure. Her involvement has also contributed to the success of such valuable thought leadership initiatives as the NRF Foundation's Retail Horizons project.

Prior to joining NRF, Marzetti served in various roles with other notable associations including the Consumer Electronics Association and American Trucking Association. Marzetti is a graduate of Boston College.
