Gatti joined NRF as Vice President, Marketing in 1993 and was promoted to Executive Vice President of the Retail Advertising and Marketing Association, an NRF division, in 2003 and Executive Director of RAMA in 2006. He became Senior Vice President, Communications, in 2008.
As Senior Vice President of Communications, Gatti oversees all communications policy, strategy and marketing promotions for NRF and its divisions’ conferences and webinars. Gatti is also responsible for the strategic direction of STORES Magazine. He continues to serve as Executive Director of RAMA.
Before joining NRF, Gatti served as Senior Director, Marketing, at the National Automated Clearing House Association in Herndon, Virginia for five years, where he was responsible for all marketing and public relations efforts.
Gatti graduated from George Mason University with a Bachelor of Science in Management.
