Margaret Case Little, senior director of strategic initiatives, joined NRF in 2010 and is responsible for building NRF’s public-facing campaigns to reflect the priorities and mission of the organization and the retail industry as a whole.
Little has served in many roles at NRF, including manager and director of communications, and most recently, as senior director of communications and public affairs with a focus on digital strategy, including online communications and social media. In 2011 and 2012, her primary focus was the implementation of NRF’s multimillion-dollar“Retail Means Jobs” campaign, including a nationwide video contest to findthe best retail story in America. In addition to campaign management, Little also heads up NRF's paid advertising efforts and is a frequent contributor of retail industry and public policy news within the blogosphere.
Prior to joining NRF, Little served as legislative staff for Senator Richard Shelby (R-AL).
A graduate of The University of Alabama with a degree in political science, Little was born and raised in Northport, Alabama. She resides in Falls Church, Virginia with her husband.
