This committee serves as NRF's technical committee on labor law and employee relations matters, and is comprised of retail industry corporate executives and independent labor counsel, as well as human resource and employee relations executives from NRF member companies and associations. The CEL actively files amicus curiae briefs in high profile cases pending before the NLRB and federal courts.
