Compensation Committee

NRF’s Compensation Committee was created principally to review the salary and benefits of NRF’s President and CEO in keeping with best practices adopted by many retailers in today’s business environment. The committee is comprised of three members of the NRF leadership: the Immediate Past Chairman who serves as the committee’s chairman, and the NRF Chairman and First Vice Chairman.
