US Retail Membership in the National Retail Federation is open to companies selling consumer goods to the public with retail operations located within the United States.

Under NRF's bylaws, each company must pay dues based on total retail sales volume as reported in the most recent fiscal year.  Total sales must include revenues from all retail operations including stores, catalogs, online sales, kiosks, store-within-stores and franchise fees.
