This website features case studies that enable retailers to improve the customer experience in-store. NRF Associate Members are invited to submit white papers. All submissions will be reviewed by AMAC prior to posting.

White papers:
• Should not be promotional in nature
• Should not negatively review another service provider
• Should contain original research your company conducted
• Should provide insight into retail business trends
• Should reveal the results of a “case study"
• Should be in final PDF format and ready for posting

We will alert the retail community as new postings go online.
